Welcome to Udupi Comforts. By booking or staying with us, you agree to these terms designed to ensure a safe and pleasant stay.
1. General
All reservations are subject to availability. Management reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings at its discretion.
2. Reservation Policy
Bookings can be made online, by phone, or email. Valid ID is required at check-in. Guests must be 18+ years old to book.
3. Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: 12:00 Noon | Check-out: 10:00 AM.
4. Payment Policy
We accept major cards, UPI, and transfers. Taxes are extra. A refundable deposit may be collected for incidental expenses.
5. Guest Conduct & House Rules
Guests must maintain decorum. Smoking prohibited in non-smoking rooms. Quiet hours: 10 PM–7 AM. Pets not allowed.
6. Liability
The hotel is not responsible for loss, theft, or injury during stay. Parking is at guest’s risk.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, under jurisdiction of Udupi Courts, Karnataka.
