We understand that travel plans may change. Our policy ensures fairness to both parties.
1. Cancellations
Free Cancellation: Up to 72 hours before check-in. 50% refund for 24–72 hours. No refund within 24 hours or for no-shows.
2. Early Departure
Early check-outs are charged for the full booked duration.
3. Modifications
Changes to bookings depend on availability and may affect rates. Contact info@udupicomforts.com.
4. Group & Third-Party Bookings
Group bookings (5+ rooms) follow separate terms. Third-party platform bookings follow their respective policies.
5. Force Majeure
In cases of natural disasters or lockdowns, credit vouchers or partial refunds may be provided at the hotel’s discretion.
